Hey bud, do you remember the last time we went and camped in Hanmer? We met up with our friend at the bar across from the Hot Pools. Well she lives across the bridge where this photo was taken. The firefighters back is facing towards her house. She told me it was a very scary night watching the fire. It would be like watching the hill at the end of our road catch on fire - how do you think you would feel? I have more photos that my friend has shared with me if you want to see them. Love Mum x
Hi Mackenzie That is an interesting article about Hanmer. I think the fire might be dangerous for Hanmer if it is not put out. Maybe all the rain will put it out!!!
